Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item.


Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Unused and/or unworn with tags also with its original packaging.  You’ll also need to provide the order number so that we can verify proof of purchase.


Contact us can at triplerushstore@gmail.com to start the return process. Once your item is verified, a return shipping label will be provided to you with instructions on how and where to send your item.  We will not accept returns without going through the above process first.

There will be no exchanges, however, we are open to evaluate each situation on a case by case basis. Please email any concerns that you may have.

Damages


If your items are damaged upon receipt, please take a picture and notify us immediately so that we can either issue a refund or provide a replacement.

Non-Returnable Items


There will be no returns on closed-out, custom and personalized items.

Refunds


Once your item is received and verified, you will be refunded on your original form of payment.
